Chillstep is a new style of music that derived from classic dubstep. The style is also called liquid dubstep, soft dubstep, or dubspheric.
Birth: 2009 Bloom: 2011
Chillstep is different from classic British dubstep by light air atmosphere that`s typical for chillout music. It`s tempo ranges from 138 to 140 BPM. The style is typified by deep bass, pitch-up and pitch-down vocal samples alongside live instruments: harp, strings, piano. The most notable representatives of this style include ID3, Phaeleh, Submerse, Blackmill.
